Malfunction
The X-ray emission works but
exposure is too dark.
Possible Cause
The developer is too cold.
The developer is too old or
diluted.
The exposure time mode is
not correctly selected
The receptor is not
correctly positioned.
The unit is not correctly
installed.
The exposure time is too
long.
The development time is
too long.
The developer is too hot.
The developer is too
concentrated.
The exposure time mode is
not correctly selected.
Action
Heat the developer
Replace with a new developer
Check your exposure settings (See the
exposure procedure).
Reposition the receptor.
Call your representative.
Reduce the exposure time.
Reduce the development time (See the
manufacturer's instructions).
Cool the developer
Adjust the concentration or change
