■ Batteries (Inside the Pack)
1. The Scooter is powered by two sealed lead-acid deep-cycle batteries.
2. The batteries supplied with the scooter are 12 V 12AH batteries.

6.2 BATTERIES
 Do not expose the batteries to temperatures below 10°C or above 50°C when charging or
storing the vehicle as this could damage the batteries and shorten their life.
 The batteries are maintenance free and there is no need to refill with water.
 You are required to recharge the batteries on a regular basis; even if the scooter is not used,
the batteries should be charged once a week.
 The batteries carry a six-month manufacturer's warranty. This warranty only covers issues
relating to manufacturing faults, and not faults relating to failure to recharge the batteries as
instructed above.
