5.3.10 Installation of refractory panels (Fig. 5.3.10)

The TERMOPALEX MBL BS300-BX300 are equipped
with two refractory panels to be positioned above the
heat exchangers which are located inside the hood.
In order to this, you must raise (BX300) or open
(BS300) the door, remove the upper deflector (Ds) and
then position the two refractory panels (R) rotating them
as shown in fig. 5.3.10; put the deflector (Ds) back in
place.

ACCESSORIES:
TERMOPALEX MONOBLOCCO BS300-BX300 comes
with a few accessories to facilitate its installation and
also so that the plumber can do his job in compliance
with current standards.
5.4.1 Equipped
V.S. = Safety Valve
These accessories are for installing on the heating
fireplace's delivery pipe. Everything must be positioned
so it can be inspected through the hatch which must
be on the external fireplace cladding. Discharge of the
V.S. must be connected outdoors with a pipe draining
into the sewer.

YDRAULIC
Boiler kit 30 lt, Boiler kit 50 lt
It is composed of an anti-condensation system, a
boiler which provides hot sanitary water, a circulation
pump, safety valves and thermal discharge.
It combines with Termopalex by means of special parts
and simplifies connection to the system to the utmost
(Fig. 5.4.2.1).
For installaion see diagram B on page 57.
Anti-condensation kit
The purpose of the kit is to optimize the operation of the
fireplace. It is composed of an anit-condensation
system, safety valves and thermal discharge. It
combines with Termopalex by means of special parts
and simplifies connection to the system to the utmost
(for installaiton see diagram C optional kit on page 57).
Boiler
Boiler for the production of hot sanitary water with
capacity of 30 litres and 50 litres (Fig. 5.4.2.2).
Multi-fitting manifold
Manifold with all connections for delivery, valves, and
open tank. 5.4.2.3).

Termopalex digital control unit
Electronic command and control device for hydro-
thermal functions of the fireplace such as pump,
ignition solenoid valve temperatures and alarms (Fig.
5.4.2.4).
Also controls the spark kit, if included.

Die TERMOPALEX MBL BS300-BX300 verfügen über
zwei feuerfeste Platten, die auf die Wärmetauscher
im Innern der Haube gelegt werden. Hierfür muss die
Tür hochgeschoben (BX300) oder geöffnet (BS300)
werden, das obere Leitblech (Ds) herausnehmen und
anschließend die zwei feuerfesten Platten (R)
anbringen, in dem man sie mit der in der Abb.5.3.10
gezeigten Bewegung dreht; das Leitblech (Ds) wieder
an seinem Platz unterbringen.
5.4
ZUBEHÖR
Der TERMOPALEX BS300-BX300 wird mit einigen
Zusatzteilen geliefert, sodass die Installation
erleichtert wird und der Installateur die Montage
gemäß den gültigen Gesetzen vornimmt.
5.4.1 Gehört zum Lieferumfang
V.S. = Sicherheitsventil
Diese Zubehörteile werden am Vorlauf des
Heizkamins installiert. Alle Teile so anordnen, dass
sie über eine an der Kaminverkleidung vorzusehende
Klappe geprüft werden können. Der Abfluss des
Sicherheitsventils muss außerhalb an einen
Kanalabfluss angeschlossen werden.
5.4.2 Zusatzteile

Dieser
Kondensatschutzsystem,
Brauchwarmwasser, eine Umwälzpumpe und
Sicherheits- und Wärmeablassventile vorhanden.
Er wird in den Termopalex durch spezielle Bauteile
integriert und vereinfacht weitestgehend den
Anschluss an die Anlage (Abb. 5.4.2.1). Für die
Installation siehe Schema B auf Seite 57.
Bausatz Kondensatschutz.
Dieser Bausatz verbessert die Funktionalität des
Heizkamins
Kondensatschutzsystem, einer Umwälzpumpe und
Sicherheits- und Wärmeablassventilen zusammen.
Er wird in den Termopalex durch spezielle Bauteile
integriert und vereinfacht weitestgehend den
Anschluss an die Anlage (für die Installation siehe
Schema C zusätzlicher Bausatz Seite 57).
