TROUBLESHOOTING
Use this command to view the current configuration of the selected E1 WAN link, along
with its line status.
• show module configuration t1
Use this command to view the current configuration of the selected T1 WAN link, along
with its line status.
• show module configuration serial
Use this command to display the specified Serial port configuration.
• show module configuration t3
Use this command to view the current T3 port configuration status.

WAN Statistics

In addition to WAN status and alarms, the Secure Router 3120s collect and store various types
of performance statistics. This data helps you analyze the quality of a WAN link between a
Secure Router 3120 and the far-end WAN equipment.
To display these statistics, use the following commands:
• show module userstats e1
Use this command to view user statistics gathered for the E1 WAN interface.
• show module userstats t1
Use this command to view user statistics gathered for the T1 WAN interface.
• show module userstats t3
Use this command to view user statistics gathered for the T3 WAN interface.

Power Supply Alarms

The 3120 platform will only generate an alarm if there are two power supplies installed and
one fails. If there is only one power supply installed, and it fails, the 3120 will essentially be
turned off.
The summary alarm contacts (rear of unit) will generate an alarm when the unit has no power.
