    Harness Description When connecting an Autostart Module, it is important to make sure that the connector with the Ground wire is connected first, before making the 12-volt connections. Should the Unit be powered up before being grounded, there could be serious damage to internal components of the Unit.

    Programming a Transmitter Once the wiring of the Module is complete, the Transmitter must be code-learnt. The PS-2925 Module can learn up to 4 different Transmitters. If a fifth Transmitter is learnt, the code of the first Transmitter in memory will be lost. To erase all Transmitters from memory, you must reset the Module.

    Place the vehicle in Valet Mode. Multi-car Operation PS-2925 systems allow for Multi-car operation. This allows the owner of two Autostart-equipped vehicles to control both systems with one Transmitter. (Both vehicles must be equipped with an PS-2925.) The Transmitter of the primary vehicle can control the Starter Kill system, the Door Locks, the remote car Starter and Trunk operation of the second vehicle.

    Parking Lights still give 1-long flash. Resetting the Module The PS-2925 system is equipped with a reset function that allows the installer to erase all Transmitter codes and return all Programming Options to their factory default values. To reset the module: Ensure the Ignition is , that Valet Mode is disabled and that the Hood is up.
