Remove legrests.
2.
Run the lifter up to top position, if possible.
3.
Switch controls OFF on the remote.
4.
Secure seat.
5.
Pull actuator plug.
6.
Bottom fixing bolt (2) secured with snap rings – Remove snap
ring using a screwdriver. Remove bolt.
7.
Top fixing bolt (3) with slot – Loosen fixing bolt with screwdriver.
Remove bolt.
8.
Replace actuator.
9.
Reassembly of actuator takes place in reverse order.
10. Connect actuator cable plug to actuator.
11. To complete, check tilting function.
If the lifter cannot be raised, a cover can be removed
from the upper rear side of the module. This way it is
possible to reach the lower fixation bolt of the actuator.

4.10.6 Replacing lifter/tilt module

CAUTION!
Risk of crushing
The seat is very heavy. Danger of injury to hands and feet.
– Use proper lifting techniques.
Tools:
3 mm Allen key
5 mm Allen key
T25 Torx wrench
T40 Torx wrench
Side cutting pliers
Cable ties
Description below does not apply for powered tilt with fixed
pivot point.
Replacement of the lifter/tilt module follows the same
specified order of steps for all mobility devices mentioned in
this manual. However, brackets differ for each model, see
table below.

Bora model graphics have been used in the following
sequence.
1.
Remove legrests.
2.
Tilt seat tilting completely to the rear if possible.
3.
Switch controls OFF on the remote.
4.
Remove backrest cushion.
5.
Loosen and remove screws, which secure the middle seat plate
A with a 3 mm Allen key.
6.
Remove middle seat plate B.
7.
Loosen and remove screws on both sides with a 3 mm Allen key,
which secure lateral seat plates C.
