individually programmed to enable or disable PTT ID.
You may also use the programming software to enable or
disable PTT ID for any channel.
The PTT ID can be sent:
1. At the beginning of the transmission: The ID is sent
immediately when the PTT key is pressed.
2. At the end of the transmission: the PTT ID is sent
when the PTT key is released.
3. Both: the PTT ID is sent both when the PTT key is
pressed and again when it is released.

Password (PSWD): Menu 19

If password is enabled, user would ask to input the
password to access the transceiver when it is boot. Access
Menu 19 to open(ON)/Close(OFF) password. Before
enable the password function, you should edit a password
via Menu 20 "PSWD W".
The default setting is OFF.
Password Set (PSWD W): Menu 20
Access Menu 20 to edit a four digits password before you
enable the password function. Input 4 digits (Range: 0-9)
and press Menu key to confirm and exit.
ROGER(ROGER): Menu 21
The LX-928 can send a "Roger beep" to mark the end of
a transmission. Select Menu 21, and select "ON" to
enable this feature, or "OFF" to disable it. The default
setting is OFF.
