State of Charge

► Press the button (1).
The LEDs (5) glow green for about 5 seconds and indicate
the state of charge.
► If the LED on the right flashes green: Charge the battery.

LEDs on Battery
The LEDs can indicate the battery's state of charge or
malfunctions in the chain saw or battery. The LEDs can glow
or flash green or red.
The state of charge is indicated when the LEDs glow or flash
green.
► If the LEDs glow or flash red: Rectify the malfunction.

LED on Charger
The LED indicates the operating status of the charger.
If the LED glows green, the battery is being charged.
► If the LED flashes red: Rectify the malfunction.

► Switch off the chain saw, engage the chain brake and
remove the battery.
► Raise the grip (1) of the wingnut (2).
► Rotate the wingnut (2) counterclockwise until the chain
sprocket cover (3) can be removed.
► Remove the chain sprocket cover (3).
► Remove the tensioning gear (4).
► Take out the screw (5).
