Downloading Information from the Machine

to download information from the machine.

to send information to the machine.

The items of speed dial, group dial, and favorite can be imported when "File" -

"Dial Import" is specified from Menu. Those items can be exported when

"File" - "Dial Export" is specified from Menu.

The file is opened with the folder that is read or saved last time.

Do not import CSV files edited in Excel.
