Checking Procedure
1. Oil leakage from oil seal,
gasket, etc.
2. Damaged valve stem seal
3. Piston ring and liner worn
or stuck
1. Insufficient engine oil
2. Fan belt broken or
elongated
3. Coolant insufficient
4. Excessive concentration of
antifreeze
5. Radiator net or radiator fin
clogged with dust
6. Inside of radiator or
coolant flows route
corroded
7. Damaged fan or radiator or
radiator cap
8. Damaged thermostat
9. Damaged temperature
sensor
10.Overload running
11.Head gasket damaged or
water leakage
1. Improper valve clearance
2. Spark knock due to low
octane fuel or carbon
3. Rattles from loosely
mounted external
components
1. Damaged spark plug
2. Damaged ignition coil
3. Wires disconnection or
damaged
4. Bad connection of ignition
coil and spark plug

Replace

Check engine oil level
Refill oil as required
Check and adjust fan belt or replace
Refill coolant
Add water only or change to coolant with
the specified mixing ratio
Clean net or fin carefully
