2-3 Interchangeability of turbochargers
The IHI-make turbocharger used for the 4JH
series differ according to the engine model.
Care should therefor be taken to assemble
only components for the turbocharger used in
4JH2-Series
your engine when replacing parts. The use of
incorrect turbocharger components wi II de-
tract from the performance of the engine.
Turbocharger models can be distinguished by
their name plates.
