    ADCP-92-052 • Issue 2 • May 2004 1000 Mb/s Set Top Check Out Procedure OptEnet 1000 Mb/s Media Converter modules support Medium Dependent Interface Crossover (MDI-X). OptEnet Media Converter Module Ethernet ports allow connections to other hubs or switches without a null-modem or crossover cable. If a null-modem or crossover cable has been used the OptEnet 1000 Mb/s Media Converter module automatically detects this and switches the contacts to match the other end.
