Some menus may not appear in the display depending on options or
models. If so, it is not applicable to your machine (see "Menu overview" on
page 28).
To change the menu options:
Insert a USB memory device into the USB memory port on your machine.
• Press Direct USB on the control panel.
• or press (Direct USB) > select the menu item you want on the touch
screen.

• USB Print Select a file to print.
• Print From
Sets scan destination to a USB. You scan the originals
Scan to USB
and save the scanned image to a USB device.
File Manage Select a file to delete. You can format the USB device.
Check Space Shows the remaining space.
