You may encounter the following symbols (and messages) in the display.
Symbol Cause

Empty ingredient
pack (right hand side)

Empty ingredient
pack (left hand side)
1. Replace the empty product packs.
The product packs
2. Check whether the product pack
are:
1. empty
3. Insert a product pack.
2. incorrectly
positioned
3. or not present

The water in the
boiler has not yet
reached the required
temperature.

Replace the right ingredient pack
Replace the left ingredient pack
is inserted correctly.
Call the operator when the
number is shown on the display.
The drink delivery of the
dispenser is blocked until the
temperature reaches the correct
value.
