Parameter
There are three numeric formats for parameters. Any for-
mat can be used if the value is within an acceptable range.
However, the standard format is determined for each pa-
rameter and if a different format is used, it is converted to
the standard format. When the number of significant dig-
its is too large, it is rounded to the specified resolution.
