Operation
Measurement Terminals:
UNKNOWN-The following front panel connectors are
used to connect the DUT to the instrument:
L CUR - Current detection terminal
L POT - Voltage detection terminal (Low)
H POT - Voltaie detection terminal (High)
H CUR - Drive signal output terminal.
G -Ground terminal that is connected to the chassis
of the instrument. Used for shielding.
The bias voltage and the drive signal can be monitored on
these terminals.
