Troubleshooting
Fault
The refill salt message
"Recharge" is flashing.
A few minutes after the
start of a program, the
"Fill/Drain" indicator
light flashes and the
program stops.

Cause
Because no regeneration
salt was added, the water
softener could not be
reactivated.
Error message: F..E:
There is a problem with the
water inflow.
Solution
Carefully fill the reservoir
with reactivation salt.
Before addressing the
error:
– Turn the program
selector to the 12
o'clock position f. The
error message is
erased.
– Press the "ON/OFF"
button to switch off the
machine.
– Open the water valve
completely.
– Clean the filter in the
water inlet.
– The flow pressure at the
water connection is too
low. Contact a qualified
plumber for advice.
Then:
– Switch the
washer-disinfector on.
– Restart the program.
