Instructions for Retrieving These Programs

1. Depress the "ENTER" key.
2. Depress the "9" key. A "9" will appear in the leftmost position of the display.
3. Enter the number of the selected program (shown before each program's title). The number will
be shown in the right three positions of the display.

If you make a mistake, repeatedly depress the "0" key until the display shows only a "9" in
the leftmost position and a "0" in the rightmost position. Then re-enter the program
number.
4. Depress the "ENTER" key. The program will now be retrieved.
5. Make any desired adjustments to the settings.
6. Depress the start/stop reset button to begin running the program.
If you are using a Wayne Sports Vision Trainer (WSVT),the majority of programs listed below will
offer activities on both right and left side of the "WSVT". To use only one side of the unit, first,
select the program and press ENTER. Now press #0 and #33, again, press ENTER. If you wish to
return to both sides of the unit, press #0 and #66 and press ENTER. You can repeat this process
to use only the right side or both sides of the Wayne Sports Vision Trainer (WSVT).

program in conjunction with program #11 for Dr. Arnold Sherman's pro-action/re-action ratio
tests.
