HARD DRIVE STATUS INDICATORS (Green LEDs)
LED ON: Drive present and operating.
LED OFF: No drive present, drive not detected, drive disabled
due to error
HARD DRIVE ACTIVITY INDICATORS (Red LEDs)
The LED blinks when the drive is being accessed (read or write).
ETHERNET INDICATORS
The Ethernet Indicator LEDs are used to indicate the following:
LNK: Ethernet connection detected.
RD: MDAe Receiving data.
WR: MDAe Transmitting data.
100: LED ON = 100 Mbps bandwidth. LED OFF = 10Mbps.
LCD DISPLAY
Once the unit has been powered-up, the LCD display will indicate the total disk capacity of the MDAe. The LCD display will
also provide visual feedback for the menu settings.
KEYPAD
The keypad buttons provide access and control of the Setup and Supervisor menus.

Change field data (ascending)
LEFT
Move field selection to the left
RIGHT
Move field selection to the right
DOWN
Change field data (descending)
ENTER
Access the Setup menu. Also
toggles through menu screens.
The Supervisor menu can be accessed by pressing the LEFT and RIGHT keys simultaneously.
