IP ADDRESS
Enter the assigned IP Address by using the left/right arrow keys to select the required field. Then, use the up/down arrow
keys to change the value of the selected field. Obtain the required information from your network administrator.
SUBNET MASK
Enter the assigned Subnet Mask Address by using the left/right arrow keys to select the required field. Then, use the up/
down arrow keys to change the value of the selected field. Obtain the required information from your network administrator.
DEFAULT GATEWAY
Enter the Default Gateway Address by using the left/right arrow keys to select the required field. Then, use the up/down
arrow keys to change the value of the selected field. Obtain the required information from your network administrator.
DATE/TIME
Enter the current date and time by using the left/right arrow keys to select the required field. Then, use the up/down arrow
keys to change the value of the selected field. Note that date/time setting is only required when the Auto Delete Mode is
activated.
The Supervisor menu provides access to the following advanced options:
• Serial Debug Output
• Disk Status
• Disk Failure Reset
The Supervisor menu is accessed by pressing the Left and Right arrow keys simultaneously. More details on the key
functions in this menu can be found on page 8.
SERIAL DEBUG
Select Serial Debug Yes or No. The default setting is No. Enabling serial debugging will output debug messages on the
RS232 port at 57600 bps. Changing this setting will cause the unit to restart.
DISK STATUS
This menu indicates the current disk status. Eight letters are displayed to indicated the status of each available disk —
disk 1 on the left through to disk 8 on the right. N indicates Normal, W indicates an error writing to disk, R indicates an error
reading the disk and T indicates a timeout during disk initialization or that the disk is absent.
