AC MAGNETO

REMOVAL

1. Remove:
•
Bolts 1
•
Starter pulley 2
•
Nut 3
NOTE:
Attach the primary sheave holder to hold the primary
sheave.

Primary sheave holder:
2. Remove:
•
Magneto rotor 1
NOTE:
•
Remove the magneto rotor using the rotor
puller 2.
•
Fully tighten the tool holding bolts, making sure the
tool body is parallel with the magneto rotor. If
necessary, one screw may be backed out slightly
