Press the RESET button to turn off the
unit.

Remove the 4 rubber plugs on the rear
of the unit, then the 4 screws using a
screw driver.

Remove the rear cover.
Press where shown in the illustration

to release the catches, then open the rear
cover with your hands

Remove the battery.

Insulate the connector terminal by
wrapping with a tape.
Notes on the lithium-ion battery
• Keep the battery out of the reach of children.
• Do not hold the battery with metallic tweezers,
otherwise a short-circuit may occur.
