Forbid job clear in Job status (excl. admin)
Only the administrator can execute deletion of a job of
which printing was completed.

Click one of the three items and set the relevant
counter on the right.

Set [Job information display].

Set [Job operation authority].

Forbid retrieval in Job status (excl. admin)
Only the administrator can execute re-output of a job of
which printing was completed.
Forbid storage/form job clear (excl. admin)
Only the administrator can delete stored data.
