For example, if a Code 39 label of length 2 characters were scanned in Step 3 then only Code 39 labels
would be checked for a minimum length of 2 characters. If a second label had been read in Step 3
(immediately following the first), then that particular symbology could have been set to different
minimum character length.
In a similar manner, the maximum length for selected codes can be established by using the "Enable
maximum length for selected codes" (HM) command.
