Note: Determine the left and right sides of the machine from the normal operating position.
Important: Engine oil, batteries, hydraulic oil, and engine coolant are pollutants to the environment.
Dispose of these according to your state and local regulations.

Maintenance Procedure
• Check the alternator belt tension.
• Torque the wheel lug nuts.
• Change the engine oil and filter.
• Change the hydraulic oil and filter.
• Test the safety system.
• Check the engine oil level.
• Drain water/contaminants from the water separator.
• Check the engine coolant level.
• Clean the radiator with compressed air (do not use water)
• Check the hydraulic fluid level.
• Grease the bearing and bushing grease fittings. (Grease more frequently when
operating conditions are extremely dusty or sandy.)
• Check battery cable connections.
• Check the tire pressure.
• Change the engine oil and filter.
• Inspect cooling system hoses and seals. Replace them if cracked or torn.
• Check the alternator belt tension.
• Torque the wheel lug nuts.
• Service the air cleaner.
• Replace the fuel filter canister.
• Replace the fuel pre-filter.
• Check the fuel lines and connections.
• Change the hydraulic oil and filter.
• Inspect engine valve clearance. Refer to your Engine Operator's Manual.
• Replace moving hoses
• Drain and clean the fuel tank.
• Flush and replace cooling system fluid.
