5. Place the pizza on the stone plate.
Note! The pizza must not be larger than 30 cm.
Note! Make sure that all packaging has been removed from the pizza (if it is
ready-made).
Warning! Bear in mind that the handle and outside of the pizza oven get very
hot, be careful, do not burn yourself!
6. Close the lid carefully, set the timer to "20 minutes". The timer will "Pling" when
it has counted down to 0.
Note! Baking times vary, depending on the type and amount of topping. See
"Example set up".
Note! The heat indicator light will go on and off continuously whilst the pizza is
baking.
7. Be careful when opening the lid, use an oven glove or something similar. Do
not hold your face directly over the lid, steam might escape when you open it.
8. Use a spatula or similar utensil (not metal) to help remove the pizza.
9. Repeat steps 3 to 8 if several pizzas are to be made, if the pizza oven has
cooled down, step 2 should also be repeated.
10. Set the timer to "0" and the temperature control to "0", pull out the plug.
11. Allow the pizza oven to cool before cleaning it.
5. Cleaning

Pull out the plug and let the product cool before cleaning.
Wipe the pizza oven with a dry cloth. Grease stains can be wiped off using a
cloth slightly moistened with warm water and dishwashing detergent. Make
sure that the product is completely dry before starting to use it or before putting
it away.
Never use strong detergents or solvents.
Never immerse the product in liquid.
The stone plate
Open the lid completely and remove the stone plate.
Wash the stone plate in hot water; if necessary use a spatula or similar utensil
(not metal) to help remove any food residue.
Never use dishwashing detergent with the stone plate, it can be absorbed by
the stone plate and miscolour the pizza.
Cleaning the stone plate thoroughly
1. Mix 75 g sodium bicarbonate with 3 teaspoons of water.
2. Apply the mixture to the unwashed areas and allow to work for 15 to 20
minutes.
3. Wipe the surface of the stone plate.
4. Rinse the surface of the stone plate and let it dry completely.
