Lubrication
Greasing the Sprayer
Service Interval: Every 50 hours—Lubricate the pump.
Every 50 hours/Yearly (whichever
comes first)
Grease Type: No. 2 general-purpose lithium base
grease. Toro Premium All Purpose Grease is available
from you Toro Distributor.
1. Wipe the grease fitting clean so that foreign matter
cannot be forced into the bearing or bushing.
2. Pump grease into the bearing or bushing.
3. Wipe off excess grease.
The grease fittings positions are illustrated by the
following: Figure 32 through Figure 34.
