BREAK-IN PERIOD

Engine

A break-in period of 10 operating hours is re-
quired before running the vehicle at sustained
full throttle.
CAUTION: Never mix oil with fuel. This vehi-
cle has a 4-stroke engine. Oil must be added
to oil tank only.
During this period, maximum throttle should
not exceed 3/4. However, brief full accelera-
tion and speed variations contribute to a good
break-in. Continued wide open throttle accel-
erations, prolonged cruising speeds and en-
gine overheating are detrimental during the
break-in period.
While reading this Operator's Guide, remember that:
Indicates a potential hazard that, if not avoided, could result in serious injury or death.

pense of the vehicle owner.
