Cooking zone rotary controls
The cooking zone rotary controls must
not be turned past B I or B I/II to 0.
Switching on
Fire hazard!
Do not leave the cooktop unattended
whilst it is being used.
Please note that the heating up time
on induction cooktops is very much
shorter than on conventional
cooktops.
Turn the cooking zone rotary control
clockwise until the setting you want
appears in the display.
The in-operation indicator lights up.
Once the cooking zone reaches a
certain temperature, the residual heat
indicator also lights up.
Switching off
Turn the rotary control anti-clockwise
to 0.
After all cooking zones have been
switched off, the in-operation indicator
goes out.
Residual heat indicator
The residual heat indicator remains on
as long as a cooking zone is still hot
after switching off. It goes out once the
cooktop is safe enough to touch.
Danger of burning! Do not touch
the cooking zones whilst the residual
heat indicators are lit up.
