Traction Pedals
Press the forward-traction pedal
Press the reverse-traction pedal
or to assist in stopping when moving forward. To stop the
traction unit, move the pedal to, or allow it to move to, the
neutral position.
Mow/Transport Slide
Using your heel to move the Mow/Transport slide
16) to the left to transport, and to the right to mow. The
cutting-units will only operate in the Mow position.
Note: The mowing speed of the machine is set at the factory
to 9.7 km/h (6 mph). The mowing speed can be increased or
decreased by adjusting the speed-stop screw

Pull the tilt-steering lever
wheel to the desired position. Push the lever forward to lock
the steering wheel into position.

Ignition Switch
Use the ignition switch

Release the key when the engine starts. The key automatically
moves to the On position when you release it. To shut the
engine off, rotate the key to the Off position. Remove the
key from the ignition to prevent someone from starting the
machine unintentionally.
