Remove large pieces of dirt by shaking. Use a soft brush to clean the air filter.
Spray on the cleaner and let it penetrate for 10 minutes.
Air filter cleaner (
Rinse the air filter from the inside with a soft jet of water.
Shake off remaining water. Allow the air filter to dry.
Info
Do not use compressed air for drying!

Spray the dry air filter carefully with filter oil.
Air filter oil (
Allow the filter oil to penetrate for 20 minutes.
Clean the air filter box.
Check the distribution of the filter oil.

If unoiled areas are visible:
Oil the air filter again.
Wipe off excess filter oil.
Info
Do not over-oil the air filter.
Check carburetor connection boot for damage and tightness.
Install the air filter.
Adjust the basic setting of the clutch lever to your hand size by turning adjusting
screw
.
Info
Turn the adjusting screw counterclockwise to increase the distance between
the clutch lever and the handlebar.
Turn the adjusting screw clockwise to decrease the distance between the
clutch lever and the handlebar.
The range of adjustment is limited.
Turn the adjusting screw by hand only, and do not apply any force.

Do not make any adjustments while riding!
The antihopping system reduces the force required to activate the clutch and improves
clutch handling; in addition, it increases riding stability by reducing slippage of the
rear wheel by means of engine braking action during downshifting.
