1. Replace your original DI cartridge with the new MaxCap
2. Cut the tubing leading to the MaxCap
the TDS meter.
3. Cut the Tubing leaving the MaxCap
the TDS meter.
4. Line up the dots on both probes and position the tees with the probes
hanging down.
5. Mount the meter body with velcro provided. The meter may be positioned
anywhere convenient for viewing.
6. Locate the tubing after the "OUT" tee, (which is after your original D1 housing
now containing the MaxCap
DI into a bucket or down the drain until the "OUT" TDS reading is zero.
IMPORTANT: During the initial rinse up of the MaxCap
7. Connect the tubing leaving the "OUT" tee to the input of the new DI housing.
(Mounting bracket provided)
8. Install your original DI cartridge into the new housing and rinse it up into the
bucket prior to connecting to your application.
