How to Use the Printer Driver

Opening the Printer Driver from the Start Menu
Follow this procedure to open the printer Properties dialog box with the Start button on the
Windows desktop for the print settings.
Use this method for printhead cleaning and other printer maintenance, or to register print
settings that are to be shared by many software applications.

For Windows 2000, click the Start button, point to Settings, then select Printers.
For Windows XP
Click the start button then select Printers and Faxes from the Control Panel.
For Windows Me
Click the Start button, select Settings and click Control Panel, then select Printers.
