5.8. Checking the Waste Ink Absorber

The waste ink absorber has to be inspected at least in monthly cycles.
The capacity of the waste ink absorber is approx. 1.6 l. The waste ink
amount strongly depends on your printing conditions (printing single
pages leads to much more waste ink than printing jobs with many
pages).

MICROPLEX
1. Open the front cover of the printer.
2. Use your fingers to press the latches at both sides of the waste ink
tray.
3. Slide the waste ink tray out.
