Problem

The Micro System

Possible Cause
1. The CD is incorrectly
loaded.
2. The CD is an
unsupported format.
3. The CD is paused.
4. The Micro System is
not in the CD mode.
5. The CD is dirty or
scratched.
1. The CD is dirty.
2. The CD is warped or
scratched.
Possible Cause
1. There is a poor signal
in the area.
2. There is electrical
interference in the
area.
1. The FM antenna is not
connected.
What to do
1. Ensure the CD is correctly
loaded into the CD Tray. See
page 11 for more information.
2. Check the format of the CD is
supported.
3. Press the II button to
continue playback of the CD.
4. Press the FUNCTION button
on the Remote Control.
5. Make sure the CD is not dirty
or scratched. If it is dirty,
clean the CD.
1. Clean the CD with a soft
cloth.
2. The CD should be replaced.
