Do you have a question about the MICRO1470DABI and is the answer not in the manual?

I have re-tuned for DAB+ and the scan found 40 stations however when I select any I don't hear the station. Also another DAB radio in the same location works as expected. BBC ones work ok as does any other option. I thought a factory reset might help but can't find that option.
