Damper : The Damper pedal (right) applies the Sustain effect to all notes
released. If you release a note after depressing the Damper, the
note will proceed towards its natural decay according to the type
of sound played. The Damper is more effective with Piano type
sounds.
Note: for all piano type sounds, the notes of the uppermost keys (from E6
to C8) are automatically sustained, such as in an acoustic piano.
The Damper pedal can be independently enabled or disabled to react with
the keyboard sections of a Programmable Preset.
Both the Damper and Soft pedals can be independently assigned one of
several switch action functions (e.g. start/stop, fill, intro, ending, etc.).
Adjusting the General Volume of the instrument
You can adjust the volume of the instrument as a whole by using the MASTER
VOLUME slider.
This control increases or decreases the volume of the internal speakers, the
Headphones and the Output Left - Right/M jacks.
Using the Volume Pedal (optional)
If you have connected an optional Volume pedal to the VOLUME jack of the
rear panel PEDALS interface, you can adjust the Master Volume of the instru-
ment with the pedal.
The Volume pedal (optional) can be independently enabled or disabled to react
with the keyboard sections of a Programmable Preset.
The Volume pedal jack can be programmed to accept a switch action pedal and
can be assigned one of several switch control functions (e.g. start/stop, fill,
intro, ending, etc.).
