4.1.1 Adding the Assessment Workout to your FIT SMART
The Assessment Workout must first be added to your FIT SMART from the miCoach train & run app. The Assessment Workout will then be located on your FIT SMART under the
My Training Plan menu.
You can complete a new Assessment Workout at any point in time if you feel that your current miCoach Zones or FIT SMART calibration could be improved.
1. Select your Fit Smart

Once your FIT SMART is
paired to the train & run app,
navigate to the "Devices"
section from the dropdown
menu in the top left.
2. Select Workouts on FIT SMART
MY DEVICES
FIT SMART
WORKOUTS ON FIT SMART
SETTINGS
TUTORIALS & GUIDES
Select"Workouts on FIT
SMART" to view the workouts
that are currently synced to
your FIT SMART.
3. Add the Assessment Workout
WORKOUTS ON FIT SMART
ON DEVICE PLANNED SINGLE
ASSESSMENT WORKOUT
Toggle the slider next to the
Assessment Workout to the
on position to add it to your
FIT SMART.
