Meaning
The duplex cover is
open or not properly
latched.
Either the top cover
or the front cover is
open.
The optional hard
disk drive has no
more memory
available.
Tray 1 is not installed
in the printer.

printer.
Job Accounting is
being used and a
print job was
received from a
client who does not
have print privileges.
Print job from MP
Tray has been
received and the MP
Tray is empty.

What to Do
Close the duplex
cover:
Be sure both the top
cover and the front
cover are firmly closed.
Stored files must be
cleared out of the hard
disk drive either by
individual clients from
the front panel or by
the system
administrator (using
Storage Device
Manager).
Install the missing tray.
Make sure the tray is
pushed fully into the
printer.
The client must go to
the system
administrator and get a
valid ID assigned to
them.
Load the requested
media (mmm) in the
MP Tray and press
ON-LINE
.
