Description of Use Document screen

Selecting a box you want to print and transmit displays the following screen. As an example, the following
procedure describes the public user box.

Part Name Description
- Displays the user box number and name.
When seven or more documents are saved, use the
displayed lists.
[Print] Specifies the print information of the selected document. (p. 5-24)
[Send] Specifies the recipient and sending information of the selected document. (p. 5-36)
[Combine] Specifies the binding order and print information of the selected document. (p. 5-29)
[Bind TX] Specifies the binding order and sending information of the selected document.
[Document De- Enables checking of detailed information and a preview image of a document.

[Select All] Selects all documents in the user box.
[Reset] Resets all documents in the user box.
[Detail Switches the display format of the saved document.
View]/[Thumbnail [Thumbnail View]: Displays a thumbnail of the first page, page number and the document

[Detail View]: Displays the time stored, user name, and document name. Pressing the title
of the [Time Stored] sorts the list in ascending/descending order of the time stored.
- Displays the list of documents saved in the user box.
