Warning ! Electric shock !
V Disconnect the pump from the mains before working on it.
Clean water feature insert
Do not use any hard objects or powerful detergents for cleaning
and nozzle pipe :
the set!
1. Unscrew nozzle pipe.
2. Unscrew water feature insert and remove from nozzle pipe.
3. Clean nozzle pipe and water feature insert in clean water.
Clean filter housing :
1. Take water feature pump out of the water.

2. Unlock snap fastenings
3. Clean filter housing

4. Hook the halves of the filter housing into each other and close.
Do not use any hard objects or powerful detergents for cleaning

the set!
Clean the filter of the pond
Light soiling :
edge controller:
v Clean the filter surface of the pond edge controller under
water.
Heavy soiling :
1. Disconnect the pond edge controller from the hose underwater
to prevent air from being drawn in.
2. Take pond edge controller out of the water, open and clean.
3. Reconnect the pond edge controller to the hose under water.

1. Remove pump from the filter housing (see 5. Maintenance).

from the motor housing

out of the motor housing

4. Push cleaned impeller unit
back into the motor housing

Possible cause
Mains plug not plugged in.
Impeller unit is blocked.
Regulating valve at pump or
pond edge controller is closed.
Thermal overload switch has
been triggered
(pump has run dry).
Electronic dry-running safety
has been triggered.
Water feature insert is dirty.
Air lock in the hose.
Filter housing / pond
edge filter dirty.

Remedy
V Plug in mains plug.
V Clean pump.
V Open the appropriate
regulating valve.
1. Unplug the mains plug
and allow the pump to cool
2. Plug the mains plug back
in after approx. 2 minutes.
V Unplug the mains plug,
stand the pump in the
water and plug the
mains plug back in.
v Clean water feature
insert and nozzle pipe.
v Fill connection hose for
pond edge filter/pump with
water.
(see 4. Initial Operation).
v Clean filter housing / -
pond edge filter.
