'z' (Read security level)

Parameters: None
Format: 'z'
Output: '<value>@' where <value> is the current security level in hexadecimal. 1 is the lowest
security level and 4 is the highest security level.
Purpose: Get the current security level value
[Example] Output: 0x00, 0x00, 0x00, 0x01, 0x40
0x0001: security level is 1
0x40: ASCII code of character "@" in hexadecimal
