'l' (Read minimum barcode length)

Parameters: None
Format: 'l'
Output: '<value>@' where <value> is the minimum length of barcodes in hexadecimal and @
means the end of <value>
Purpose: To get the current setting of minimum barcode length
[Example] Output: 0x00, 0x00, 0x00, 0x0B, 0x40
0x000B is the minimum barcode length (11 in decimal)
0x40 is the ASCII code of character "@" in hexadecimal
