'h' (Read handshake mode)

Parameters: None
Format: 'h'
Output: '<value>@' where <value> is either 0 or 1 in hexadecimal, and @ means the end of
<value>
Purpose: Get the current setting of handshaking mode. 0 means disabled and 1 means enabled
[Example] Output: 0x00, 0x00, 0x00, 0x01, 0x40
0x0001: Handshake mode is 1
0x40: ASCII code of character "@" in hexadecimal
