'W' (Wake up)

Parameters: None
Format: "W"
Output: '@'
Purpose: To wake up KDC100 from sleep mode
[Note] KDC100 will not respond to "W" command if it is in sleep mode. It is required to send 'W'
command multiple times until receiving '@' output.
