    ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 1: Attach the Front Stabilizer (No. 17) to the Main Frame (No. 1) using 2 Bolts (No. 36), 2 Arc Washers (No. 37) and 2 Dome Nuts (No. 38). Secure using Spanner (No. 43).
  • Page 7 STEP 2: Connect Hand Pulse Wire 1 (No. 4) with Hand Pulse Wire 2 (No. 9) then connect Trunk Wire (No. 5) to Sensor Wire (No. 10). Attach the Handlebar Post (No. 8) to the Main Frame (No. 1) and tighten with 4 Bolts (No.
  • Page 8 STEP 3: Secure the Left & Right Pedals (No. 14 L/R) to its corresponding Crank (No. 15 L/R) located on the Main Frame (No. 1). *IMPORTANT NOTE: The Left Pedal (No 14L) should be screwed on counter-clockwise as it has reversed threading. The Right Pedal (No. 14R) should be screwed on clockwise.
  • Page 9 STEP 4: Secure the Rear Stabilizer (No. 20) to the Seat Rack Combine (No. 18) with 2 Bolts (No. 36), 2 Arc Washers (No. 37), and 2 Nuts (No. 38). Next, connect Hand Pulse Wire 3 (No. 32) with Hand Pulse Wire 2 (No. 9) and insert the wire completely into the Seat Rack Combine (No.
  • Page 10 STEP 5: Secure Cushion Bracket (No. 24) to the Seat Rack Combine (No. 18) with Bolts (No. 35), Spring Washers (No. 42), and Washers (No. 40). *NOTE: Part No. 35, 40, 42 are preassembled on Seat Rack Combine (No. 18). Simply unscrew and reattach with the Cushion Bracket (No.
  • Page 11 STEP 6: Attach the Handlebar (No. 29) to the Cushion Bracket (No. 24) using 2 Bolts (No. 41), 2 Washers (No. 40), 2 Spring Washers (No. 42), and 2 Dome Nuts (No. 38). Next, connect the Handle Pulse Wire (No. 30) to Hand Pulse Wire 3 (No. 32).
  • Page 12 STEP 7: Connect the Trunk Wire (No. 5) with Computer Wire (No. 3) then attach the Computer (No. 2) to the Handlebar Post (No. 8) with 2 Screws (No. 33). Insert the Hand Pulse Wire 1 (No. 4) into the back of Computer (No. 2). The assembly is now complete!
