Notice Regarding the Use of Corel Software
Complete the Online User Registration
The supplied Corel Application Disc CD-ROM will be shipped with the "Convert to DVD-Video" function- (GuideMenu)
initially deactivated. In order to activate this function, please complete the online user registration and instructions on
downloading an upgraded version of the software will be sent to you.
Refer to User Registration in the Corel Application Guide Installation Guide and User's Manual

- This function allows you to convert discs recorded in High Definition or in VR mode (Standard Definition) into standard DVD-VIDEO mode discs
(Standard Definition) that can be played with most common DVD devices.
You can also use DVD MovieFactory SE to convert discs to DVD-VIDEO mode
You can use the DVD MovieFactory SE application included in the Corel Application Disc CD-ROM to convert discs into
standard DVD-VIDEO discs.

Connect the camcorder to the computer.
Refer to Connecting the Camcorder to the Computer in the Corel Application Guide Installation Guide and User's Manual.

Camcorder: Insert the disc you want to convert and copy.
Insert a finalized disc.

Computer: Insert a standard-size (12 cm) DVD disc into the DVD drive.
You can use either a DVD-RW or a brand-new DVD-R disc.

Click [Authoring].

AFTER DVD MOVIEFACTORY SE STARTS:
1 Click [Import] and then click [Import from DVD/AVCHD].
2 Select the camcorder and click [Import).
3 Select the scenes you want to import and click [Import].
4 Select the size of disc you are using for the copy and click [Next].
• For a standard-size (12 cm)
DVD-R/DVR-RW, select [DVD 4.7G].
• If you want to add a playback menu to the disc, leave the [Create
menu] option box checked. Otherwise, remove the checkmark.
