To avoid overfilling the jug, the amount must not exceed 1.5 litre. Use the
measurement scale on the jug as a guide. Put the lid and the feeding lid on the
jug before you switch on the blender.
Make sure that the speed selector is at position "OFF"' and apply the plug to
a wall outlet. Fill the jug with the ingredients to be mixed and turn the speed
selector to ON. Select the function by pressing any function button; alternatively
you can select the speed by means of the speed selector. Turn back the speed
selector to "OFF" and check the texture after a few seconds. Continue mixing
if necessary.
The blender has the following functions:
OFF
The appliances is switched off.
ON
The signal lamp goes on and the appliance is activated.
PULSE
Press the pulse button for short intervals. As soon as the button
is released, the blender will stop. Turn back the speed selector to
OFF, when the mixing is done.
ICE
Fill the jug with ice and add a little bit of liquid. Press the ICE
button and the blender starts mixing in intervals. Press the
button to deactivate the function. Turn back the speed selector
to OFF, when the crushing is done.
SMOOTHIE
Fill the jug with the ingredients and press the smoothie button.
The blender is now mixing at the highest speed until the
smoothie button is pressed again. Turn back the speed selector
to OFF, when the mixing is done.
MIN-MAX
You can yourself choose the speed by turning the speed selector
to a level at your choice depending on the product to be mixed
(turn the button to the right to increase the speed). Select a lower
level if you want to mix liquid with powder, e.g. a grout, sauce
mixer etc. and a higher speed if you want to chop raw materials
for e.g. stew and children's food. Turn back the speed selector to
OFF, when the mixing is done.
Always keep an eye on the mixing and switch off the appliance, when the wanted
result has been obtained.
