5.3 Connecting an External Network Relay

An (optional) relay or change-over switch code
05423) (fig. 19) should be fitted to the vehicle
wiring system. Its purpose is to insulate the
generating set when it is connected to an
external electric input network.
Connect the relay according to the following
instructions:
Connect the two wires of the 230 V line of the
generating set to the PINS 1 - 3.
Connect the user line to the PINS 7 - 9.
Connect the external line to the PINS 6 – 4.
Jumper the PINS 4 – A.
Jumper the PINS 6 – B.
