There is the distribution of rtt (round trip times) of received pings. Time intervals in the table
are 1/4 of the Timeout set in ping parameters. The XXXX... characters at the end of the line
form a simple bar chart.

Start - starts pinging
Stop - stops pinging, Statistic report is displayed afterwards
Clear - clears the reports on the screen
